About Installation

● Installation preparation conditions: Stainless steel water ripple is generally made of thin plates, and the back needs to be supported.
● A clean formwork base is prepared on-site.
● Bonding material: use neutral glass glue/structural glue.
TIPS: It is recommended to use a combination of 3M double-sided adhesive + neutral glass adhesive for the ceiling. 3M glass glue can solve the problem of fixing in a short time, and neutral glass glue needs 12 hours to cure.
● About the processing of seam:
After the stainless steel water ripple is embossed, the size is prone to inaccuracy, and the splicing may cause the gap to be too large.
LMC Metal’s approach is to pre-cut the material and groove the raw material. After grooving, then handle the material for water ripple processing. This can effectively solve the problem of installation splicing gaps.
● About mounting holes.
○ LMC Metal can use laser cutting to pre-drill the material, and then do water ripple processing after opening the hole. This ensures that the hole opening is accurate. In the application of the bottom plate of the chandelier, we generally recommend pre-opening.
